Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within seven (7) of business days. During the holiday period we experience a high volume of orders, we utilise our best efforts to process orders as fast as possible, however cannot guarantee delivery times and customers could experience delays. Delays can be experienced in some countries due to customs which is also very common.
Delivery delays may occur, should you not receive your goods within fourteen (14) days from the day you receive your order shipping confirmation, you will need to contact our customer service department to contact the courier service directly.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses here.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, customers will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number. Courier services typically attempt to deliver parcels three times before returning the product to us. Should the product be returned to us because of delivery failure and we have to ship it again, the customer will be charged for the new shipping costs
Customs, duties, and taxes
Maxotto is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Some countries will charge an import duty prior to the courier being able to dispatch your goods, you will be notified if there is an import duty to pay. International customers must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country’s customs, duties, and tax laws. It is your sole responsibility to abiding by your country’s tax laws, duties and import fees. Purchase prices will not be manipulated to reduce customs, taxes or duties for any country. Please also be aware some countries such as Canada add a handling fee to all imported shipments.
Maxotto is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Maxotto offer international deliveries around the world. Some courier companies charge additional fees for what they consider “remote” and this will be at the cost of the purchaser.
Our shoes are listed in UK sizes. All shoes vary slightly depending on the last used and the make, model and width of shoe. Maxotto does not guarantee the size chart to be exact for every shoe, however we are happy to answer any questions or concerns you many have prior to order. Maxotto offer a 14-day return policy for all products which have not been worn or used. You must notify us of your intention to return any items within 14 days of your order delivery. Refunds will be processed after the shoes or items have been inspected and are in the same unused / unworn condition in which they were received. Returns with any signs of wear or damage, including, but not limited to, creased or wrinkled uppers, scuffed of scratched leather soles, will not be accepted. All shoes should be tried on with care on carpeted floors. Once we have received your return, we will examine the items to assess their condition before issuing a refund. Any products that are not returned in the same new and unworn condition may result in a charge that is deducted from the refund, or risk being rejected altogether.
Once the refund has been authorised, you will receive an email confirming it has been processed and the value to be credited.
Refunds will be issued against the same payment method used for the original purchase and in the same currency, less any return shipping costs. The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. It will take up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
Please note, products returned to us without prior notice may not be refunded.
